We are a local independent firm specialising in Residential Lettings and Property Management. We are fully focused on the priorities and needs of both Landlords and Tenants which we fully understand and this means we are not side tracked by dealing with property sales and mortgages.

We are proud of the number of landlords for whom we have acted over a number of years – and in many cases with long term tenants too. We are keen to build long lasting relationships with both parties, which is to everyone's benefit. In many cases we have been able to offer another property to a tenant where the landlord has needed the initial property back.

We believe in giving the highest possible level of service and whilst our membership of professional bodies ensures a minimum standard we are always striving to achieve the highest standard. Our members of staff are well trained and highly motivated with many years of experience of dealing with rented houses and flats in the areas we cover.

We have grown as a Company in each year of our existence and much of our new business comes from the recommendations of existing landlords to their friends. We believe this shows we are providing a valued service.

Our fees for both Landlords and Tenants are amongst the most competitive in the area. For Landlords we achieve this by effective marketing, keeping voids to a minimum and maximising rental income. Our advice is based on what you need to hear, even if it isn't what you want to hear. For tenants we appreciate that high fees can be an obstacle to your applying for a tenancy so these are kept to a minimum.

Our Head Office is well located adjacent to ‘Estate Agents row' in Redditch Town Centre and as we don't sell houses we have excellent working relationships with many of those Agents. Outside of Redditch estate agents in Bromsgrove, Alvechurch and Rubery carry our rented list and this ensures coverage in the wider surrounding area.

Our second office in the Birmingham suburb of West Heath has widened this good local coverage and serves the surrounding parts of Birmngham, particularly the Northfield, Kings Norton, Rubery, Rednal areas and is close by the major redevelopments at Longbridge.

We never forget that the property is probably the Landlords most important asset and that our involvement will ensure that the whole aspect of its letting and management will be in professional and caring hands.
